Nila Rubia

After working in Kerala, India and selling her unique clothes in a boutique, 'Nila' met with a fellow designer and set up the brand Nila Rubia. Her clothes are made in a homely environment as her husband and his family follow indigenous printing and dying techniques of the region, using original patterns from the Mughal ancestry as well as redisigned prints. These include hand-block printing, lehariya dyeing, and ombre dying.
